HI i am getting user complaints about Meraki not connecting to our network

When i checked in dashboard i am seeing this error. There is no loose cable it was working fine some time and suddenly facing this issue.

@Prakash_blr You seem to have a large SD-WAN with many peers connected but a few that are not. 

 

Do the failed ones change or stay constant? 

 

If constant what does their VPN connectivity page look like?

 

It could simply be ISP issues.

so this one is green.

what is the status of the other vpn peer?

Other side Peer works fine. only remote  Z3 VPn falls to this issue

Does the MX have a public IP on it, or does it site behind another router?

It is connected to broadband router. i have asked them to setup a static public ip for that router
