Google Cloud VPN to Meraki MX

Hello, I'm trying to setup VPN from my office to Google Cloud using Google Cloud VPN gateway.

I'm using Meraki MX connected (NAT) to standard router with static ip.

Local lan:
Meraki MX IP: 10.0.0.1 --> Router's IP (gateway): 10.0.0.254 (NAT)

I tryed a lot of settings but connection is not working. Can someone help me?

google vpn gateway VPN settings:

network: my server network
ip: new static address

google vpn tunnel settings:

remote peer: my office static IP
IKE v1
Policy based routing (tried also network based routing but no results)
remote subnet: 10.0.0.0/24

meraki site to site settings:

Public IP: google vpn gateway ip
Private subnet: google subnet ip
Preshared secre (same of google tunnel)
All networks
Phase1 : AES128 SHA1 - DH2 36600
Phase2 : AES128 SHA1 - DH2 10800

The local and remote subnets have to be different.

Are already different

the process stuck at first handshake

It’s available a Manual?

(Configuration is integrated for Azure and Aws but nothin’ for Google services)

someone can post a working solution from meraki mx to google cloud vpn or another working procedure to setup another external vpn?

thanks
