We're migrating to the Cisco Community on March 29. The Meraki Community will enter read-only mode starting on March 26.
We are utilizing Geo Blocking in Layer7 but would like to "Whitelist" just one IP from one of the blocked countries, Is this possible?

Is it for a User? or a specific site?
If it was for a user/office, would a Client VPN connection bypass the layer 7 geo block?
