Content Filtering on a per WAN basis

Hello, thanks in advance for your time in considering this question.

Is there a way to content filter, block non business critical web traffic on a backup WAN when failed over?

Wanting to block things like Netflix, youtube , etc, but only on secondary WAN so that during a failover event, just business critical traffic is allowed.

Thanks

Nope, the blocking is general, either per VLAN or per user (applying the client's group policy).
