Client vpn users (2) can't access onsite network with back at office

Hello-

I have a couple of users that use the Meraki vpn at home.  When they come back into the office, they can't access LAN resources.  They connect to the wireless, but can't access onsite servers, etc.  We have to remove/reinstall the nic.  Anyone have any experience seeing this?  I believe they don't disconnect the vpn or shutdown/reboot their laptops before coming back into the office.

Do their home networks use the same subnet as in the office?

Have you tried updating their NIC driver?

Nic drivers have been updated and home subnets are different.  I was able to somewhat replicate it using my hotspot connected to vpn.  I turned hotspot off without disconnecting vpn.  Then I connected to the client wireless (Meraki) and wasn't able to hit LAN addresses.  Surfing was fine though.
