Client VPN - I want to configure 2 types of authentication; AD for employees and Local for vendors

Simply I want to configure 2 types of authentication; AD for employees and Local for vendors

I checked the dashboard and I couldn't find any configuration like rule-based model, if not is there any work around solution.

Device: Cisco Meraki MX security appliance

Firmware: MX 15.39

You can't do that.

You would need to use something like RADIUS (such as NPS).  You could then configure local accounts on the NPS server as well as using AD.
