Cisco meraki cloud software info.

Hi

For vmware.

I am passionate about hardware and Cloud apparte I know little in the cloud world.
I have a DELL M1000e server with 8x DEL M820.
With LTE connectivity unlimited 4G data.
My curiosity is the following; if I subscribe a virtual router with the 100 mega license, can I get that speed?
I inquired that the virtual router is like I have a physical router obviously the virtual router is in the cloud.
Or is this virtual router just for transferring data to the other computers?
If there are any solutions I thank you.

For Meraki, virtual routers (VMX) are only used for AutoVPN connectivity - for joining your [mostly public] cloud environment to your SDWAN.

So I have to buy this hardware which one do you recommend?
I have unlimited 4G Data connection at home.
If I purchase this cloud hardware will I have the most stable connection? Is it possible to surf the web?
