Carrier-Managed SD-WAN: How does Meraki fit into this model?

Does anyone have experience with this, and how does the general architecture look?

Let’s consider an ISP offering a Meraki-based SD-WAN service with two customers subscribing to it. Would each customer get a separate organization in the Meraki dashboard, or could they be part of the same organization while leveraging a shared hub?

If they share the same hub, how would route separation be handled? Given that Meraki’s BGP implementation lacks route filtering and cannot advertise/receive route tags, how can routes be kept separate for different customer networks within the same organization? Would the ISP use high-end Cisco routers to handle complex routing, while Meraki hubs function primarily as VPN concentrators? Or there is no way, it can be done above way and hence 1 organization per customer is required with dedicated hubs ? Or am I overcomplicating this?

Typically in an MSP world, each customer is put into their own org.

You would have to use firewall rules.
