Cannot view messenger photos

We have a problem this past weeks because the photos on our messenger cannot be view.

Do you have any idea on how to solve this?

What app specifically do you mean by Messenger? E.g. Facebook Messenger, Whatsapp, default SMS/RCS app on your phone etc.

What content filtering rules / firewall rules do you have in place?

I mean the Facebook messenger; I can't view shared photos.
