Can't receive any context code when I resent the code to my phone

 

How do I fix this, I enabled the 2-way authentication,but I can not get any SMS code from meraki dashboard since today.

The support team requested me to get my Photo ID to identifi my profile, and I don't know where to get it, can someone tells me the way to get the Photo ID.
