Can't edit WAN interface MX

I didn't see this posted yet but was wondering if anyone else is having issues editing WAN interfaces from the dashboard?

We have a case started with them, and they say it's a known issue, but the workaround isn't practical for remote support.  Hopefully its fixed soon.

Suggested work around:

• The customer reported that the pencil icon to edit the uplink IP address is not visible. I informed the customer that this is a known issue. The current workaround is as follows:
1. Connect to the MX via Client VPN.
2. Enable remote access to the status page.
3. Log in to the local status page and update the WAN IP address from there.
• Additionally, commented the customer that our development team is actively working to resolve this issue.

The pencil icon to edit the WAN 1 or 2 uplink is not visible on any of my networks either.😒

Thanks for checking, I hate to say we're glad it's not just us 🙂

I do have the ability to make changes via the LSP - so I'm not completely unable to change WAN settings.

Not sure if that helps you or others....but that is a WAY to change the WAN uplink settings.

@RWelch Many thanks for posting that, but for me and my org being 30 minutes to 18 hours away from different sites chancing a LSP method just doesn't give me the warm and fuzzy.

I get it.....hopefully it'll be fixed (resolved) soon.

Was merely sharing so folks know it is possible to change given the right conditions - without the dashboard pencil edit button.

This is unacceptable to not have a notice sent out we have a tech that just traveled to swap out a unit and now we will have to pay for a second trip due to this issue. I'm not trying to be rude but having a warning about this issue is the min I would expect on this matter.

It's mentioned here, oh wait it isn't, same as when the dashboard was borked by the Cloudflare outage as well.  Come on Meraki, we are supposed to be professionals here...

Thank you for posting! Found this while I was searching around for anyone else with the issue while I was on hold with support. They told me that they have known about this since yesterday and no current ETR.

But no email? No notices on the Dashboard or anything? Had to figure it out while I was trying to swap MX's with our team traveling at a remote site.
