Can't connect Client VPN from iOS device

Have Client VPN set up and no problem connecting with Windows client, but when trying to connect with same credentials on iOS device get error "The L2TP-VPN server did not respond.  Try reconnecting. If the problem continues, verify your settings and contact your Administrator."

Does your device have 4G and WiFi or just one of them?

If it has both, can you try using the other bearer from outside of the MX unit.

Tried Both while the other was turned off and still failed, deleted VPN and recreated, tried just cellular and voila!  Not quite sure which was the fix but I'm in.  Thanks.
