Are there any options to be able to add cameras from another Vendor to Meraki MX?

What do you mean by adding to Meraki MX?

MX is a firewall/router; you don't manage cameras through it.

Now, you want to manage third-party cameras in the Meraki panel, but that's not possible.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

You can connect IP cameras or wifi cameras to meraki MX, MS and MR devices but it's treated just like any other device on the network.

I have one customer that has several REVO cameras and NVR at several locations.  The cameras plug directly into the REVO NVR and only the 1Gig NVR port connects to the MX or MS switch.

I have seen other meraki networks where RING and NEST cameras are wifi devices on their network.

You can use another vendor for CCTV or IP streams on a Meraki network, but
Meraki Dashboard still won’t ingest (record) them.
