Blocked Sites / Summary Report

My daily summary report used to included blocked websites (top 50) and a summary of each blocked category.  A few weeks ago, that went missing from the report.  The event log still shows blocking is happening but I like the report summary which was emailed daily to tech staff.

How do I bring it back?

My reports still show that. Odd that yours don't.

Did you customize the report:

Edit: Nvm, you're probably talking about the security report, not the summary report.

It was in the summary report. Below is the screenshot from April 9th.

I think I found it. You actually need to change the filter from "Entire organization" to "Single Network" and then select "Your network - Appliance".
