Auto Reboot of a MX64

Behind my MX64 is a modem installed.
To connect to the modem is not possible, because it's in "sleep" mode.
Only when the MX64 is rebooted, it's possible to connect to the modem.
How can i reboot the MX64 on a scheduled base ( example every 6 hour).
