Apple Diagnostic Server

Hi everyone,

We are an Apple auth store and have an Apple server that runs diagnostics on client devices. before we installed our MX68 it would work perfect, but now the unit under test connects and then times out. Apple claims that our server needs full internet on port 80 or 443 to work. no forwarding is required.

Does anyone know how I can create a rule to suit?

Check out the Security Center/Event Log, and see if AMP or IPS is triggering on any of the traffic.

Check the network event log for security appliances and make sure content filtering is not triggering on the traffic.
