Apple Airplay Segmentation

Customer with multiple buildings and MX/MS/MR deployments.

Multiple Airplay devices that I now need to segment in different buildings.

For example, Bldg. A should not be able to see devices in Bldg. B.

I thought about putting Bldg. A clients on a separate VLAN and not sharing Bonjour/mDNS across subnets.  I also thought about limiting access or blocking ports from the MR or MX side.

Has anyone else done this kind of segmentation in any easy way?

VLAN segmentation is the most logical way to do this, and probably the simplest in terms of future network management. You typically wouldn't want an L2 domain spanning across multiple buildings anyhow.

Definetly the easiest way to do is vlans

Each building with its own vlan or even floor / department and then set rules for each vlan. First time doing this is a bit more to do, but it is worth it.
