ASV Scanning reports no active hosts

Hello All

We are using Sysnet for our ASV scanning and are scanning three networks with Meraki MX 64, current version: MX 16.16. The scan returns that there are no hosts alive. When I swap out the Meraki with a Sonicwall and re-run the scan, it returns an active host and scans fine. A third-party service provider manages these devices, so I cannot make any changes myself. I gave this third party the Sysnet network ranges to whitelist, 64.39.96.0/20 and 139.87.112.0/23, which they say they have done, but I got no results in my scans.

What am I missing here?

Thanks

It turned out that ICMP was disabled on the WAN port. Enabling this allowed the scan to run. Thanks

Kind of a big deal

Check the Security & SD-WAN/Security centre event log.  I'm guessing IPS is blocking the scan, and you'll need to whitelist it.
