section of alerts, it does NOT let you save the email addresses that you added in the recipients field, it just disappears after you click save.
Hey @lcpa_pk, make sure you call support and open a case on for this problem. These forums are not an official way to report problems to Meraki so nothing will get fixed as a result of this post.
But thanks for the notice to everyone! It's always good to get a notification from actual people of the problems they encounter so hopefully others can avoid them.
I have a ticket open with Meraki, they are just dragging their feet and looking at logs and testing this and that when it is obvious to me.
Just wonder if anyone else is having this issue.
This is what came back from Meraki support after 2-1/2 weeks,
"The issue of being unable to define custom recipients for motion alerts is currently being investigated by our development team, the issue has been replicated and they are currently working on a fix."
