cisco secure connect is not asking for credentials while connected on LAN

Hi Team,

We are using Azure IDP for cisco secure connect remote user authentication.

When user is connected from public network (mobile hotspot) then he is getting prompt for password as well as 2FA but when is connect from office LAN network then its asking only username and its authenticated automatically.

Any thing we need to change from cisco end ?

The most likely explanation is that you have configured "Trusted Networks" in Entra ID (to not require MFA for a trusted network).

You'll need to look at your current conditional access policies to figure out how you would like your Entra environment to authenticate users.
