Does Meraki SDWAN include an in-built SASE solution?
Hi Folks...please let me know if the Meraki MX450 Advanced Security License & Support purchase has an in-built SASE security component? Or do we need to add a SASE envelope on top of an SDWAN rollout?
I was told that since all WAN traffic passes through the Meraki Cloud, the SASE aspect of it is auto-magically taken care of...but I wanted to be a 100% sure if we are missing out on essentials!!!
Merci/Thanks

Meraki's SASE Solution is Secure Connect: https://documentation.meraki.com/CiscoPlusSecureConnect
That is an additionally licensed add-on product.
It works with the MX but it is not built-in.
Now as SASE is a marketing term, you may not actually need what Secure Connect provides, but that's a discussion to have with your partner/sales engineer most likely.

@Stuka_Fluka in a normal Meraki deployment, only the control traffic goes to the Meraki cloud, the data traffic goes direct to wherever you are sending it.
