AnyConnect 5.1.7.80 Installation Issues

Is anyone having issues with installing the Cisco Secure Client on a Windows 11 24H2 machine?
I run the install and everything looks fine, no errors, and get the installation finished message, but the program does not install.

Tried everything to get it to install with no luck.

Did you find any resolution to the problem?  I'm having the same issue with both AnyConnect and Secure Client installations?
