stop internet if user exceed the usage limit

Good day to you all.

We have 55 MR42 AP's at our premises and we are offering free open internet using Sign on with Meraki authentication feature to all our patients and visitors. Then, We noticed some users are using internet heavily.

Just a quick question, Can I limit the usage threshold and Can i block automatically if they cross the usage threshold for 24 hours?
