cisco meraki-go G110-48p Offline Configuration

I need help to configure cisco meraki-go G110-48p. I have register cloud and added the device but still show on app or online to allow to configure.

1. how can configure offline

2. how can I assign IP address so it or maybe show online to config.

3.what is the manual way of configuring this devices

Benj_2 have you tried accessing it via this url: my.meraki.com? You will need to be directly connected to it and you will need the serial number as the username. There is no password. I do not have one of the Meraki switches as yet but have logged into both the Security Gateway and Acess Point using this method.
