There is a possible workaround using the web app (https://web.meraki-go.com/). Try using an incognito window and see if the language flips back to English. If it does, deleting cached site data for the web.meraki-go.com site should fix the problem.
There is still a known issue with language selection that should be soon resolved, despite the above workaround.
