The only thing I get when I try to change the language is this
Happens on the web, tried Edge and Firefox, the phone app works fine.

The fixes are making their way through the testing phases. I'm hoping we should see the patch land on Monday. I'll circle back here to confirm.
Noticed the same yesterday - it started happening for whatever reaon when they published iOS App version 2.84 two days ago.
I opened a ticket already, they confirmed as not working and forwarded this issue to the Web Portal Backend Team to get this fixed.
Waiting for this to happen now.

There is a possible workaround using the web app (https://web.meraki-go.com/). Try using an incognito window and see if the language flips back to English. If it does, deleting cached site data for the web.meraki-go.com site should fix the problem.
There is still a known issue with language selection that should be soon resolved, despite the above workaround.

The mentioned workaround does not work in the meantime - at lest not for me.
Trying different browsers, deleting cache, inkognito windows, nothing helps.
