I am a long time Meraki partner for enterprise. I have an individual who needs Meraki Go got their new home in a housing development. This will be a self contained (residential/small business), single user environment. I submitted a support request prior to purchasing the Router/Firewall and AP regarding pre-configuration.
Am I able to preconfigure Meraki Go devices through the Meraki Go portal? Because the implementation will be in South Carolina and I live in Maine, a phone app pre-configuration is not possible (or is it)?
When I try to submit a support request through Meraki Go support I receive a message informing me to "try again" or "contact support". So I try again but there are no additional support options available. Thank you in advance for any feedback.
