Make a Wish Missing/Locked?

Is make a wish changing in some way? I noticed it's gone when I looked today.

Hello @jesseb514 —Yes, Make a Wish has moved to read only. All new feature requests should now be submitted via the web portal,  iOS, or Android applications.

You can still view all previously submitted ideas in the forum, though.
