Issue with "Current Usage" Display on 8-Port Switch

I am experiencing an issue with my 8-port switch where the “Current Usage” under “Live Info” is not displaying usage for any port. Is this issue specific to my switch, or is anyone else experiencing this as well?

did you try to log out of the app and then back on to see if the Current Usage shows up again?

Thanks for the reply! Yes! I’ve tried to logout and back in. I’ve also tried removing the switch, waiting an hour, and then re-added to my site. Additionally, I validated it’s not specific to the app by using the web portal, which also does not show usage.
