GX50 Capped at 90Mbps

Have been facing issues where my device is capped at 90/35. When plugged direct to my modem, I get my advertised speeds of 300/35. Confirmed all this with ISP, which confirms the issue is on the GX side. Factory reset the GX just to see if it's some issue with the config it downloaded, but still persistent.

Opened a case with Support and hopefully can make some progress.

Some basic things the check:

1. the internet port is negotiated at 1g

2. Check Usage limits as well.

Just a question what are using to check your speeds?

Didn't even think about negotiation and confirmed. Seems like my LAN uplink is failing.
