GR10 re use?

Hi. I recently tested a GR10 for a client.
He has decided to go with a different product.
I would like to now reassign the AP for a different customer.
I cannot work out how.
I mistakenly deleted it from the customer account, but added it again, but I can't find a way to unclaim it to be resused.
Can anyone advise please?

Hi Andy - you will have to remove it from the customer account so it can be claimed by another account.

Hi Art,
Thank you, and please forgive my naivety.
I did delete it from the 'site', but when I tried to add it again to a different site, I got the message that it was already claimed.
Would you be able to tell me the procedure to do this please?
I have five sites, and I am the admin to all so that I can see all five simultaneously in the app and online.

Hi Andy,

 

Sure thing! You did take the correct steps; have you tried again since then? Typically it can take up to 15 minutes or so to remove a device from a site's inventory and become available again to re-add to another site. 

 

If you still aren't able to claim it, send the serial number of the device to us at help@meraki-go.com and we'll help you out there.
