I have been trying to open a case for a MR12 that always shows 'Alerting' I have try both on the web and with the app. All I get is a spin wheel. Is anyone else seeing this?

I assume you're talking about a GR12.
If the page looks like that
just enter a Subject and "Open support case" will become blue.
Alerting might be caused by a wrong VLAN-setting.
That doesn't work as the screen becomes blank when entering something in the subject.
I'm having the same issue, I'm trying to create a new support case, using the app or web browser, but just get the spinning wheel.
Is there an alternative way to contact support?
