Meraki Visio Stencil File Issues

I'm trying to download some Visio stencils for Meraki equipment.

I found the following link in the product collateral database but I cannot seem to open the file.

It downloads as a zip file but I cannot extract it with windows or with 7zip. I also tried changing the extension to .vss in case it was mislabelled but that also doesn't open.

Would love to know if anyone else is having the same problem, or if there's another place to get visio stencils from (especially for the newer MX and MR models)

I believe our most up-to-date Visio stencils are here: https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/assets/prod/visio/visio/security-cisco-meraki.zip. Unfortunately, they haven't been updated since December 2019. 

I have the same problem when I try to download from the link you provided (https://meraki.cisco.com/product-collateral/cisco-meraki-visio-stencils/?file ) - I'll let the team know about that!

This file contains an additional NewLine at the beginning of the file. After removing it (so that "PZ" are the first 2 characters in the file), I was able to open it.

Sadly I can't upload vss, zip or 7z files here =(

@Greenberet Thank you, you're 100% right.
I opened it up in Notepad++, removed the new line from the top and now the zip opens fine.

Unfortunately it actually has less shapes than the file found on the Cisco.com website but that's another issue in of itself.

MX68 font Visio stencil available but MX68 rear Visio is not and many MX models are missing Visio, please update.

There is no Visio Stencils MX105, MX95

You are correct that some may be missing or out of date, however. Our internal team is aware, and we are working on getting resources assigned to tackle this.
