How do we know what datacenter we are in (so we can download the right SOC 2 report?)

I am having a huge amount of trouble getting an answer to this.  The Cisco Trust Portal lists four SOC 2 Type 2 reports for Meraki:

  • Cisco Meraki AWS Hosting Global SOC 2
  • Cisco Meraki Global EMEA APAC North America DC SOC 2
  • Cisco Meraki North America DC1 SOC 2
  • Cisco Meraki North America DC2 SOC 2

However, I don't know what datacenter we are serviced out of, so I don't know which report to read.

Neither Meraki support nor our CSM is any help here; both report not knowing which datacenter we use.

Is there any way that we can discover this information for ourselves?

Thanks in advance!

You kind of need both - the redundancy built into the Meraki solution means that you are using / could be using either / both.

See "Data Center Backup High Availability"   here:   https://documentation.meraki.com/Architectures_and_Best_Practices/Cisco_Meraki_Best_Practice_Design/...

Kind of a big deal
Kind of a big deal

It is on the very bottom of the Dashboard in small print.

Thanks for that information.   I had seen that, but really what I mean is, do we want the DC1 or DC2 report?  (or are they identical?)
