Doing research about Meraki. Does Meraki devices can be accessed via CLI?

Hi,

I am new to cisco meraki devices and I would like to check if there was away to access the Merak Switch/Firewall via CLI? if so is there a command reference guide that I can read through to check the different show commands and configurations that I can do to meraki devices (especially for MS/MX).

Thank you very much

There is no CLI.

Hi PhilipDAth,

Thank you for your reply, so basically any troubleshooting and configuration for both MX and MS devices are all GUI-based.

Glen Sun and Mike Sweat say " API is the new CLI"...

Meraki devices are "cloud managed" with very little that you can do to interact with the devices directly, short of getting them connected to the internet. The few things you can control directly on the device, is done using a GUI.

That said, as someone else mentioned, you can use the API to make changes instead of the dashboard GUI, if that is your thing.
