I've tried reading the "Secure Connect" overview and quick start guides - and I'm confused about the whole thing.

SecureConnect to me is the process of authenticating Meraki APs to Meraki switches using only the Meraki cloud.

This talks about the concept as though there are two licences, essentials and advantage.  It talks about AnyConnect and SAML authentication, but AnyConnect licencing is a completely separate thing from Meraki.  The quick start guide doesn't talk about how to do anything.  It's not a quick start guide at all.  If I printed it out and gave it to someone to set up, they couldn't achieve anything.

SAML does not actually show as an option for AnyConnect, at least on 16.15.
