Product Firmware Version Restrictions

Change: Added "Review the release notes under the Legacy products notice section to find the firmware version your network is using. Compare the current firmware version against the older firmware these nodes will run. For example, an MX84 appliance configured to run MX 18.211.6 will instead run MX 18.107.13."
