Meraki VPN yields a black screen when connected on a MS tablet

Good day,

I have an end user who has a MS tablet with Windows 11 on it. He can run the VPN client and get connected but then when he runs the RDP it comes up with a black screen, nothing else. Is there some configuration that needs to be done?

Hi, I would contact support so they can do live troubleshooting while the tablet is in this state. If you go to your dashboard on the top right-hand corner there is a "?" and you can click on this for support contact information.

This is almost always an MTU squeeze.

If you can reduce the MTU on the tablet to 1400 it will probably solve the issue.  Otherwise reduce the MTU on the server.
