Web Content Filter set on "Allow-list still not working

I have a website notion.so set on Web Content Filter set on "Allow-list still not working on an MX68CW. Anyone ever had this not work? I was thinking it was an irregular URL that it might not be going through even thou its saying its not a blocked website.

There isn't a lot of information provided to discuss this in more detail, some basic checks would be to check if you blocking the website via a Layer 7 rule, or if you do you a group policy applied to the VLAN used by the client(s), or if you do you have any group policy applied to the particular client that you are testing with?
