Very Slow Speeds over Vodafone Broadband in the UK

I can only achieve 10Mbps over Full Fibre broadband with Meraki VPN to a fro my employer.  Everything else runs at approximately 1.2 - 1.4 Gbps

My IT department says all Meraki setup is correct at both ends.

Help anyone?

Probably more Qs than answers:
What firmware are the MX devices running? 
Any idea what Meraki hardware models are in the equation?
Is this setup site-to-site auto VPN? Or Client VPN?
Some of the sluggishness might be attributed to the # of VPNs at the Hub if hosting many remote connections.
Is the speed always 10Mbps or only during peak usage periods?  What about during non-peak usage periods?

I would question if traffic shaping is enabled.

Is this AutoVPN, client VPN, AnyConnect, or a non-Meraki site-to-site VPN?
