Search Engineering Cisco Meraki Solutions Part 2 2.0

Hi, 

I'm coming here for some guidance and some direction, and I feel overwhelmed with information not being clear as to what I need. 

I was looking to get the ECMS cert. I saw that part 1 is online, but part 2 is 3 days long and around $2500-3000 for the instruction. I'm still new to Meraki, but we use it in our environment. Is part 2 necessary to pass the exam? Are there other cheaper options that have a self-paced, or virtual environment I can do labs? I did see the see cisco learning hub, but I will be looking over all those materials. I just feel like I'm going in circles here. I have to propose a budget and justify my expense for my management to cover the cost.

You could read most of the self study guide presented by Meraki : https://community.meraki.com/t5/FAQ-and-other-resources/ECMS-Exam-Self-study-Guide/ba-p/95926

and/or get the On demande E-Learning books which are cheaper than a 3 days course : https://learningnetwork.cisco.com/s/meraki-solutions 

I do think that INE and Udemy have online courses about ECMS and Meraki in general.
