Meraki x FortiNAC - Alert Configuration "Clients connect or disconnect from the LAN"

Hi,

I am starting a FortiNAC deployment project on a network that uses Cisco Meraki MS series, the problem I encountered is that the alert menu does not show the option "Clients connected or disconnected from LAN".

This would be the initial step to detect a new device on the network and then start the NAC filters.

Can you guide me if it is possible to enable this option in the alerts panel?

Thanks.

As far I know this option is only available for MX, not MS.

Right, in this case our Firewall and APs are Fortinet.

Is there another way for Meraki to send this information to FortiNAC?

Maybe via syslog, but I'm not sure if it will work. But excuse the question, but why monitor client ports? The most common is to monitor uplink ports, so I see it as unnecessary information.
