Meraki Organization - How do I add a new Administrator

Hi I am a newbie to Meraki.

Please can this community shed any thoughts on this.  I have a New Network Manager and I need to give them access to the organisation portal that oversees 7 sites and AP's within a 5 mile radius.  Same access as I have.

I inherited this environment and was setup as a super user as part of my induction (I came from a HPE Aruba corporate WLAN - Aruba Central for those that know for WAPS and L2's)   Any Help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like they will need Organization Admin: Full Access level.
