MS350-24X vs MS350-24X-HW What is the difference?

I apologize if this is the wrong area to post this, as I'm new. If this needs to be reposed elsewhere then please notify me, but I'm having issues with understanding the difference between the HW and non HW switches. Are they considered the same switch or not? I'm unable to find any solid information in regard to this.

HW is at the end of any Meraki part number/SKU from an ordering perspective.
