MR44 Alerting - Unplanned low power mode.

Hi I am a newbie to Meraki. Please can this community shed any thoughts on this. 

The Alerting I find is a great heads up, 

How would i best resolve this alert.  Help would be greatly appreciated.

MR44s generally need 802.3at PoE. This indicates the switch (or injector) is only providing 802.3af.  In most cases that's a hardware limitation and you need to replace the switch or injector.

Technically your MR44 will still operate just less optimally.

Thank you sir again, that is pointing me in the right direction also.  I have older switches that are not POE++ I have injectors so will get these upgraded as currently limited budget to upgrade the Layer 2's.  Thank you again for replying to my call for help.  Very much appreciated.
