Is it possible to receive alerts in the Meraki iOS app for networks that are bound to a template?

Hi,

We are a new Meraki customer.  We would like to receive alerts from the Meraki iOS app (especially when an AP goes off-line).  All of our networks are bound to a template.  In the app, the option to enable alerts is disabled on all networks with the message "Cannot setup alerts on bound networks."

Is there any way to receive alerts in the iOS app for networks that are bound to a template?

No, but you can receive alerts on the email.

You can also use WebHooks, and there are popular third-party apps like Pager Duty that can process them.
