What is the best approach to take to become an expert as a Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist? What resources can I take advantage of to become this?

Studying the tools, doing practical labs, reading the official materials.

But the best way, in my opinion, is through practice, experiencing projects, facing difficulties and finding solutions. In other words, there is nothing better than acquiring experience.

I am sure there are some other 3rd party trainings available but the links above should be sufficient. If you've been using the Meraki dashboard for over 2 years the exam shouldn't be too difficult after you go through the self guided tour.
