App push out time

Hello

I am trying to push out an app to a cluster of iPads urgently.

It's been 30 min since I pushed it out and it still hasn't started to install.

Is this typical? 

Are there any tips and tricks to pushing out an app faster?

This is typical.

It wont happen till the iPad checks in.

@Bobraham The devices need to be unlocked for app's and profile changes to take affect. 

This is a restriction that Apple bought in a few years ago that is very frustrating.
