vpn is missing from "Add settings" in profile

vpn is missing from "Add settings" in profile

In Systems Manager--settings--I have created a profile (apple use scoped).  I click on "Add Settings", but do not see an icon for vpn.  I want to push a vpn setting to the devices.  Documentation says it should be there.  Any ideas?

Kind of a big deal

From my understanding the Apple User Scoped profiles are only used for shared devices in the classroom. Navigate to Systems Manager > Settings > Click Plus Button > Click "Meraki Managed Profile" > Add Settings > VPN > Configure and Scope.
