Hey all,
Has anybody noticed that after you backup a managed Meraki app to iCloud and restore that backup on a new or the same device a bunch of question marks appear next to app names. When you try to click them, it fails to re-install. I believe this has something with doing the VPP code at the device level. Is there a workaround/fix to this? The only way to fix this is to manually search the app in the App Store and trigger a re-install, triggering anything from Meraki is not working. Can I remove management from those apps (not delete them) before the user makes an iCloud backup?
I have verified that there no restrictions are blocking corporate "managed" data from backing up to iCloud.
